Steps
10 steps to observe during home quarantine ( why 10 steps? lols cannot less or more than that)
1. Stay at home throughout the quarantine period..(good for those who wan to meditate)
2.Your are strictly not allowed to leave home to go to work , attend school,tuition,place of worship (lols...hard to control lo).
3. Practice good personal hygiene ( use chlorox to bath..XD)
4. Wear mask ( oxygen mask is recommended)
5. Minimize contact with friends and avoid going to public places
6. Monitor your body temperature
7. Look out for symptoms of the disease daily for 7 days
8. If any time you feel unwell and have FEVER, immediately contact the nearest District health Office..( i repeat ..IMMEDIATELY okay..)
9. If you have any visitors during this period,record their name, address and telephone numbers..
10. Get the latest information from the Ministry of Health website, radio, television and newpapers..
